Imagine combining the feeling you get at the end of yoga with the feeling of being at your favorite rock concert, (only with the ability to dance full-out to your favorite songs), and this will give you the feeling of Jungian Authentic Movement workshops. The music is selected by the current planetary forces so that the song choices resonate with what is happening both personally and collectively.
